Personal data is collected and processed with the customer’s consent.

5 WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

The following personal information will be processed:

  • first name and family name
  • contact details (telephone, e-mail)

6 HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary for the purposes of the processing, principally for 12 months, after which it will be deleted.

7 SOURCES OF INFORMATION

The information is collected directly from the data subject. Information is also collected with Google Analytics.

8 DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

The information will not be disclosed to third parties. Some of our providers of external service or software may store information outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

9 USE OF COOKIES

10 PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER

Merus Power uses a protected Internet connection. The digital data is protected by a firewall, user codes and passwords. The data can only be accessed by the persons employed by the Registrar who need the information for performing their work.

11 DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

The data subject has the right to access the personal data stored by us in the Register. A written and signed request for access should be sent to the person in charge of the Register. This can be done without charge once a year. The data subject has the right to request the correction or erasure of incorrect or outdated information or the transfer of data to another system. The data subject is also entitled to limit or object to the use of his or her personal information in compliance with Articles 18 and 21 of the E.U. General Data Protection Regulation. The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent to processing the information or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority about issues relating to the processing
